What about a DJ? Do we need a DJ at the Welcome Party?

I know of a DJ in Columbus who we have used to car shows and class reunions and he will be playing at the Buick regional event. His cost is $200 to $250 for the entire evening and he is a one man band.....sometimes he plays guitar, some songs he sings and others he just plays music. Everyone has loved him.

Jim, what kind of awards will your group have? Top 5, top 10? Ribbons, plaques, license plates? I can design license plate awards, they won't be personalized like I have been doing them for our Mid Ohio Meet. Let me know soon, we should have some type of samples or on paper image proof and cost for our November meeting with CORSA.

I was thinking top 5 and award being a wood plaque like was used this year at the Mid Ohio Meet. at $20 / $25 each depending on the size. Top 10 if OK'd by Corsa.
