Thinking of what the volunteers might wear and be easily identified, would one of these hat work? If all guys would wear the same style and color, I would prefer the yellow one. It stands out. It is $39.95 each however. This probably beats three, four, or five staff shirts per person if you were volunteering every day. I am open to ideas here.

I finally have all quotes needed to complete a budget for the AF Museum dinner tour. Take a look. We may decide not to use a charter bus for several reasons. We can come up with a plan to caravan to the museum. A savings of $6 per person. We are still working on getting additional quotes for Autocross, Apparels, and Awards and we should have them before our November meeting with CORSA.
We were joking at our meeting last Friday about having myself and Jeff Sandor shuttle people for $1 each way from the hotel to brown street for extra money. Not sure how many other Greenbriers would be interested in doing that but it would definitely be a fun gig. I'd be willing to do so.

No on a hat for me. The shirts don't have to have the logo on it. Just all the same bright color and put "FLIGHT CREW" on the back or back and front. You can get printed shirts cheap $8 - $10 each.
I would suggest the same color for the whole event, so they know to always look for that color for help.
